By accessing and using the Cambs Pro Clean website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Cambs Pro Clean provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services across Cambridgeshire. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Service Agreements

When you book a cleaning service with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and specific cleaning requirements
• Ensure safe access to the property at the scheduled time (key collection or being present)
• Secure valuables, fragile items, and ensure pets are safely managed before our arrival

4. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP). Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior invoicing arrangement is in place. We accept BACS, cash, and other methods as displayed during the booking process.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations at no charge. Changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to all standard, deep, and end-of-tenancy cleaning packages.

7. Liability & Insurance

Cambs Pro Clean carries comprehensive Public Liability Insurance. In the unlikely event of accidental damage to your property, please report it within 48 hours. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement cost of the damaged item.
